All you need are just two ingredients:
- Egg
- Clean water
- Put the egg(s) into a pot of water
- Leave on high heat for 10-15mins
- Take off the stove/cooker
- Careful now! Don't peel the shell yet,leave it to cool or better still, transfer the egg into a bowl of cold water for 5-7 mins
- when you feel its cool enough (for me, i gently fold my palm around it,just to know how hot it is)
- Gently peel the shell off and Voila!
- Your egg is hard and ready to eat...
