Ginger Lemon Tea

Apart from the taste, ginger lemon tea is really beneficial to the body.
This ranges from boosting immunity to getting a pefect skin and hair, It also reduces risk of diabetes. I so much love this drink and
I will definitely share with you how I make it.
Ingredients that you will need are:
  • 1 medium Ginger
  • 1 medium Lemon
  • Green tea ( just a regular green tea, I get mine from lidl-lemon flavour)
  • Clean water, a small bowl and a knife
Procedures                                                                                       
  1. Boil clean water in a pot
  2. Wash and slice lemon into 3 to 4 round parts
  3. Peel the ginger and slice also into small pieces
  4. In the pot of boiling water,adjust to low heat and put in 1 bag of green tea (your choice)  and stir
  5. Add sliced ginger and press one of the parts of the lemon into the tea and then just put the rest in the pot
  6. Cover the pot and leave on low heat for 10-15 minutes
  7. Take off the heat and stir the tea to evenly distribute the content
  8. Drain the tea into a big cup or any clean small bowl
  9. Serve hot or cold ( must be put in freezer to get desired taste, i prefer it hot)
  10. Can also be served with or without sugar or honey.
