Normally, I know that eggs can be fried with or without tomatoes
and all that condiments and still have your desired
taste.
I added a new thing people, it’s called-meat or chicken or fish, anything
you want to use.
You know, when you eating yam and egg or breakfast including fried
eggs but it’s just kind of plain even though it was made with tomatoes and all
that. Well, you can use meat (could be any other meat, even shrimps) to fry your
egg.
I used the following ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper-ata rodo
- 1 maggi cube
- 1 tomato
- ½ bulb of onion (small size)
- 2 soup spoon of veg oil
- Curry, thyme and salt to taste
- Meat, I used 1 chicken thigh
- ¼ teaspoon of dry pepper powder-ata gigun (optional)
- wash the tomato,onions and pepper and chop each at a time
- Wash and chop the meat
- Cover the pan with the lid or random cover and leave to cook for 5 mins
- Add the chopped tomatoes,onions,pepper to the cooked meat and stir. Put on low heat
- Break the eggs into a bowl. Add little salt, curry, thyme, ata gigun,the remaining maggi cube and mix
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and stir the content
- Continue stirring now and again on low heat
- When the egg is fried to your taste, remove the pan from heat and clean up cooking area
- And breakfast is served
